Housed in a 19th-century building the hotel offers a wide range of modern and sophisticated amenities. The à la carte restaurant is well-known for its refined Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant atmosphere. In addition to a varied daily menu and extended business luncheons and dinners, "Le Relais Bristol" offers seasonal promotions with market produce.

Reservations, especially for lunch, are recommended.

The restaurant serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

In the piano bar a variety of drinks and cocktails is available in a relaxing and musical atmosphere.
